Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Repair Technicians / Hardware Support Engineers to support hardware repair, refurbishment, maintenance, and operational activities across repair centers and field operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, testing techniques, component replacement, and equipment refurbishment. This role involves working with various hardware systems, tools, and operational workflows to ensure equipment is repaired, maintained, and redeployed efficiently.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hardware repair, refurbishment, and redeployment activities for operational equipment and platforms
  • Assemble and disassemble hardware systems and components
  • Troubleshoot and replace defective components, including computer parts, camera systems, PCB boards, and vehicle-related hardware
  • Handle and operate hardware equipment, mechanical tools, soldering tools, and safety equipment
  • Ensure proper maintenance and organization of repair center equipment and materials
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to support repair workflows and material movement
  • Maintain accurate repair and inventory documentation
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for repair center supplies and operational materials
  • Assist with forecasting workload, inventory needs, and operational capacity
  • Support implementation of repair and refurbishment procedures and operational best practices
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational security procedures
  • Collaborate with technical leads and operational teams to document and improve repair processes
Required Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred

Experience

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in hardware operations, repair, refurbishment, or technical support
