Position Overview: The IT Development Manager / Repair Dept Technician will be responsiblefor implementing newly developed technical strategies to enhance the refurbishment process ofour in-house technology. This individual will also perform all the regular duties of an ITTechnician in the repair department, ensuring that technology repairs are conducted efficientlyand to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical strategies to improve the refurbishment process.
- Work closely with the management team to align technical initiatives with business goals.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of technology, includingcomputers, laptops, tablets, and other electronics.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure all repaired equipment meets quality control standards.
- Maintain documentation of repairs, procedures, and inventory.
