About us:

Coastal Glazing is a leading Commercial Glazing Contractor in Fall River, MA. As we continue to grow, weโ€™re seeking a motivated and experienced Glazing Project Manager to join our team.

Overview: The Glazing Project Manager will oversee all phases of glazing projects from pre-construction submittals and buy-outs through installation and completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage glazing project from project award through completion
  • Project Setup: including equipment leasing, arranging labor, purchasing materials and tracking cost.
  • Coordinate with architects, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assisting in analyzing drawings, specifications and related data to determine design requirements.
  • Track project schedules to ensure we are meeting project schedule requirements
  • Manage budgets, change orders, and job costing
  • Conduct site visits to oversee work quality, safety, and compliance
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience in Project Management with the glazing industry
  • Ability to read and interpret specs and blueprints.
  • Strong knowledge of Aluminum windows, Curtainwalls, Storefronts, Glass & Glazing.
  • Proficient in the use of standard office computer programs such as MS Project, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Proficient in the use of project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Glazier Studio
  • Strong organizational skills to deal with competing customer needs.
  • Ability to foresee events and anticipate changes in conditions and operations to the greatest extent possible and reacts to these appropriately
