We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Commercial Quoting Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Commercial Quoting Specialist, you will play a key role in the sales process by providing accurate and timely quotes for commercial projects. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects at a time, and being self-motivated is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Generate Quotes: Create accurate, competitive quotes for commercial projects based on project specifications, material selections, and labor requirements.

  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide clarification on quotes and project scope.

  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth transitions from quotes to production schedules.

  • Material Sourcing: Source and evaluate materials, keeping clients informed about options, pricing, and availability.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all quotes, project details, and client communications.

  • Pricing Analysis: Regularly review and analyze pricing strategies to ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the market.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a quoting, estimating, or sales support role, preferably in the stone, countertop, or construction industry.
