Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results within critical programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives, as well as adherence to best practices & governance standards
  • Develop and manage project plans for technology transformation projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Operations, and Third-party Vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and changes to project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to Stakeholders and Executive leadership
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the PMO, assisting with building & elevating PMO assets, templates, and SOPs
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment managing digital transformation projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to translate technical problems to non-technical audiences
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or CSM & Agile SAFe  - equivalent is strongly preferred
