Job description

Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager – Salesforce position for our client.

Location: New York, NY
Duration: 3 months

Duties:

  • Lead Salesforce.com projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with project charter, scope, budget, schedule, and contractual requirements.

  • Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, staffing, resources, and deliverables.

  • Lead cross-functional teams including client employees, implementation partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors.

  • Coordinate Salesforce Service Cloud and customer service, contact center, or case management transformation initiatives.

  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

  • Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, governance, and successful solution delivery.

Skills:

  • Salesforce ecosystem experience with strong understanding of Service Cloud capabilities.

  • Customer service, contact center, or case management transformation experience.

  • Strong project leadership, organization, communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.

  • Experience managing multiple implementation partners and system integrators.

  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification.

Experience:

  • Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation or transformation programs.

  • Experience managing scope, cost, schedule, staffing, budgets, risks, and contractual deliverables.

  • Experience coordinating complex programs involving multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent project/program management certification preferred or required.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
