Title: PROJECT MANAGER Location: Tarrytown, NY (Onsite minimum 4 days per week) Pay Rate: $100 per hour Contract Duration: Long term Summary:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with life sciences expertise to drive third-party vendor onboarding, risk workflows, and competitive proof-of-concept execution. This role requires managing cross-functional R&D, legal, and IT stakeholders while maintaining rigorous RAID logs and governance compliance.

Project Manager
  • Coordinate third-party onboarding and risk workflows including confidentiality agreements, InfoSec assessments, privacy reviews, legal/IP evaluation, and AI governance registration in parallel.
  • Manage competitive proof-of-concept execution by sequencing parallel vendor evaluations against a common test case and tracking progress against acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain a live RAID log with named owners and dates, produce concise status reporting for senior leadership, and surface schedule risks early.
  • Drive cross-functional working groups spanning R&D scientists, regulatory affairs, legal, information security, procurement, and IT.
  • Administer vendors and contracts by coordinating statements of work, purchase orders, licensing, and supplier deliverables while escalating commercial or business-continuity concerns.
Project Manager
  • Working familiarity with pharmaceutical or biotech R&D environments, GxP, and computer system validation expectations.
  • Experience navigating regulatory submission processes and managing cross-functional teams outside of direct reporting lines.
