What We're Looking For

This opportunity entails a rotation through different civil engineering disciplines, during which interns will use basic engineering skills and computer assisted drafting and design (CADD) software to complete activities reflective of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education at high school Junior and Senior level.
Madison - The summer internship program will take place from June 22nd to August 14th.
Milwaukee - The summer internship program will take place from July 6th to August 14th.

  • Under close supervision and review, the intern performs basic engineering calculations and related tasks.
  • Assists engineers and/or technicians in organizing information for use in drawings or other documents.
  • Utilizes computer aided drafting to assist in the preparation of CADD plans.
  • Assists engineers in various tasks including writing, report creation, data analysis, presentation development and other administrative support tasks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
