Overview
Epsilon is seeking Engineering Interns to join high-performing technical teams working on products, platforms, and solutions that support our clients and businesses. Depending on the team, you may contribute across areas such as software development, data engineering, cloud and infrastructure, product engineering, or other technical fields.
As an Engineering Intern, you will work collaboratively with experienced engineers, product team members, and cross-functional partners to help build, enhance, test, and maintain scalable solutions across Epsilon's products. You will gain valuable hands-on experience with current technologies while contributing to an innovative and collaborative environment.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.
Responsibilities
Epsilon's Internship Program
As an intern you'll participate in a formal Intern Program, which is an 11-week summer program that aims to create a meaningful early career experience for university students. The program offers professional development & hands-on training, networking opportunities with people throughout the business including multiple projects & social events, and consideration for full-time employment.
What You'll Achieve
  • Support the design and development of scalable, resilient applications, services, platforms, or technical solutions.
  • Participate in project planning, solution development, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.
  • Contribute to proprietary products and technologies that help drive success for Epsilon's clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business partners to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Help identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues.
  • Create or update technical documentation, testing materials, and project resources.
  • Gain exposure to a variety of technologies, engineering practices, and large-scale systems.
  • Present project progress, key learnings, and final outcomes to team members and program stakeholders.

Compensation Range: USD $32.00 - USD $32.00/Hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
