Manufacturing Process Developer Co-op

 Kitchener, ON, Canada | On-site

At Sonova, we create innovative hearing care solutions that help millions of people reconnect with the sounds that matter most. We are currently looking for a motivated and hands-on Manufacturing Process Developer Co-op student to join our Manufacturing Engineering team in Kitchener.

In this role, you will support the development and optimization of manufacturing technologies and processes for custom hearing products. This is an exciting opportunity for students who enjoy problem-solving, experimentation, and working in a collaborative engineering environment.

What you'll do
  • Support additive manufacturing, surface technology, and assembly process development
  • Create and execute engineering test plans
  • Analyze data and prepare technical reports
  • Operate 3D printers and support process experimentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations teams
  • Assist with process optimization and standardization initiatives
  • Participate in benchmarking and continuous improvement projects
What you bring
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
