The Digital Modernization Sector has an opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer supporting the Global Solutions Management โ€“ Operations II (GSM-O II) contract at DISA. This program supports the operations, sustainment, maintenance, repair, and defense of the Defense Information System Network (DISN) within the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN), while driving operational modernization and innovation initiatives.
The selected candidate will support the configuration, development, maintenance, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform, working closely with stakeholders to deliver digital transformation solutions focused on request fulfillment, workflow automation, and ITIL-based service management processes. Required Skills
โ€ข U.S. Citizenship required.
โ€ข Active DoD Secret clearance.
โ€ข Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (such as Security+), or ability to obtain Security+ within 14 days of start.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree and 8 to 12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 6 to 10 years of relevant experience. Additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
โ€ข Minimum 6 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting technology infrastructure.
โ€ข Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow development experience.
โ€ข Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
โ€ข Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB.
โ€ข Experience developing or supporting OMT (Order Management Telecommunications) and TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) modules.
โ€ข Experience with ITSM, ITOM, APIs, scripting, implementation, and development.
โ€ข Strong customer service, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
โ€ข Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

โ€ข Support the implementation, configuration, and administration of ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
โ€ข Create and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, and roles.
โ€ข Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting capabilities, and scheduled reports.
โ€ข Configure integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms such as Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, and other enterprise tools.
โ€ข Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.
โ€ข Assist with the design, documentation, and cataloging of business process workflows.
โ€ข Collaborate with development teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business requirements.
โ€ข Configure ServiceNow capabilities to meet operational needs.
โ€ข Support business process modernization efforts and migration of ticketing and order management functions into ServiceNow.
โ€ข Analyze customer data and identify trends that improve customer experience and network performance.
โ€ข Work directly with customers to address systems engineering considerations and technical issues.
โ€ข Develop, configure, customize, troubleshoot, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
โ€ข Design and implement ServiceNow integrations, applications, and automation solutions.
โ€ข Support Agile Scrum development activities and project execution.
โ€ข Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development best practices.
โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ServiceNow implementation and ongoing enhancements.

โ€ข Experience with Agile development and testing methodologies.
โ€ข Experience with ServiceNow applications including TSM, TNI, and OMT modules.
โ€ข Experience with JIRA, Git, and Confluence.
โ€ข ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITIL knowledge.
โ€ข AWS cloud and ServiceNow certifications.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field.

โ€ข Experience working within multidisciplinary technical teams.
โ€ข Experience using SAFe Agile methodologies.
