Job description

Want to work with real autonomous mobile robots that clean, deliver, transport, guide, assist and perform various facility service jobs for the world’s most prestigious companies? Join one of the most experienced and fastest growing mobile robot companies in the US that serves leading organizations deploying leading edge, state of the art technologies. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to work with dozens of the worlds leading robot brands as well as participate in exciting technology projects. We would train you in our innovation lab in Virginia where you will see and experience these innovations and meet other Nexus AMR associates with passion for mobile robotics.

This highly skilled and unique individual must have both strong communication and customer service skills as well as technical know how. You would be responsible for:

  • Daily customer facing with both facility executives and front line service workers. You will be working onsite in a prestigious organization.

  • Monitor and ensure mobile robot performance

  • Assist in creating and participate in customer AMR reporting

  • Assist in programming robots and optimizing robot maps.

  • Preventative maintenance ( basic mechanical and technical skills needed. Must have tools )

  • Respond to and resolve on-site requests related to robot operation

  • Assist in training customer front line service workers on proper robot use and care.

  • Conduct or participate in meetings and presentations as needed

  • Assist regional director and or CTO in ongoing analysis of automation opportunities.

Candidate must be flexible with scheduled work hours as some work time may be required on each shift. Service workers generally work at night but executives work during day. You will work with regional director towards a schedule that will be beneficial to all parties.
