Zantech is a dynamic Woman Owned Small Business focused on providing complex, mission-focused solutions. They are seeking a talented Computer Scientist to provide IT support and coordination, along with enterprise system administration at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Responsibilities:
• Perform analyses of system requirements and develop operational software subsystems
• Support MS Office 2013 Suite, Windows 7+, Project Pro, Visio, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud
• Support network and non-network multi-function printers, computer docking stations, monitors, routers, switches
• Support analog and digital multi-line telephones and CISCO virtual communication equipment
• Provide IT service level management, lifecycle planning, new equipment fielding
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5 years in supporting hardware, software, end user, and network management and trouble shooting
• Proficiency in MS Office 2013 Suite, Windows 7+, Adobe Creative Cloud, CISCO VPN client, McAfee security suite, JAVA
• Real-time operating systems
