Job Description Summary
The Web Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing all company-owned external/internal websites, which include, but are not limited to, promotions, informational, cultural, drawings, entertainment, and employment opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dynamic components of various websites.
  • Work closely with Public Relations Department for media publishes.
  • Design and implement the creation of sites with direction from marketing.
  • Build and publish new information pages for websites.
  • Build ad campaign landing pages.
  • Review Web analytics, development, debugging tools, and logs for performance, design improvements, or website issues.
  • Ability to consume social media feeds or integrate third-party APIs with internal applications.

Education and/or Experience
  • 1 to 2 years of web development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • Basic knowledge and ability to create content using ASP.Net using C#, Microsoft SQL, and MySQL Databases.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio for project development.
  • Familiar with Social Media and Third-Party APIs.
  • Basic knowledge in UI frameworks (One or more of) Angular, AngularJS, react.js, React Native, Node.js, Ember.js, Vue.js
  • Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind.
  • Thorough working knowledge of graphic design-based technologies, including Photoshop and other related graphics software.
  • Experience using version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment preferred.
  • Fluent working in a Windows OS-based environment, familiarity with IOS and Linux a plus.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ยฝ miles, climbing stairs, and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, cell phone, tablet, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
