Excellent time management, communication, and the ability to quickly adapt to new projects or teams will set you apart in contract roles. Deadlines and deliverables are typically set by the client, and contractors may need to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously. The dynamic nature of contract work offers exposure to different industries and technologies, providing valuable experience and potential for career advancement.
