Job description

ACLC is seeking a qualified Doctrine and Training Developer with subject matter expertise in Irregular Warfare to support a US Government agency on Fort Bragg, NC. The requirement is full-time, on-site, in a Government facility. The position requires a current security clearance.This position is contingent upon contract award.Doctrine and Training Developer duties include, but are not limited to:Analyze and evaluate Combined, Joint, Multi-Service, Army, and ARSOF doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures to identify current IW doctrine and training in support of operational missions.Conduct research and analysis in the production of IW doctrine and training products.Develop / evaluate doctrine and training products within the specified time frame and in compliance with Army / T2COM / USASOC / SOCOM guidance.Assist other doctrine and training developers in creation of training products within the specified time frame and in compliance with Army / T2COM / USASOC / SOCOM guidance.Present briefings explaining conclusions on the operational analysis and the implications for training development to provide information to decision makers.Schedule workload and report status on doctrine and training products.Develops IW individual and collective tasks in accordance with Doctrine, Regulations, and SOPs.Develops doctrine IAW policy, regulations, experimentation, and lessons learned, as required.Reviews tasks according to the Individual and Collective Task Review Checklist(s).Coordinate with other Army Centers of Excellence and other doctrine developers to ensure that tasks are correctly entered into systems of record.Reviews and recommend approval of doctrine and training products within established timelines.Coordinates and aids with aspects of CATS development with CATS Contractor.Periodically assess the currency of IW training products published to the Army Training Network (ATN) and the Central Army Registry (CAR).Monthly submit progress reports to Government Lead.QualificationsThe Developer(s) shall have a minimum of two (2) years of practical application and experience within the last 5 years as an Army trained doctrine or training developer, or, Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS) developer utilizing the Army approved software programs and/or were an active-duty Soldier in one or more of the following disciplines: Civil Affairs, Psychological Operations, Special Forces or 75th Ranger Regiment. Experience in Training Development Capability (TDC) or/and the Army Training Management System (ATMS).Graduate of a Doctrine Developer Course, or Training Development Capability (TDC), or T2COM recognized equivalent course.Maintain a TS/SCI Clearance, CAC credentials, and SIPR token.Maintain access authorization to office workspace. Advanced Computer Learning Company, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
