Program Manager- PM ShiftPosition Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and daily operations of assigned programs. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of care and service delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Supervise and support program staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.

·         Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting.

·         Coordinate program activities and schedules.

·         Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and client progress.

·         Participate in treatment planning and quality assurance initiatives.

·         Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and residents’ rights policies.

·         Provide training and support to staff as needed.

·         Meet with direct reports on a monthly basis, or as needed, to offer support and guidance with assigned caseload, duties and documentation.

·         Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field required

·         Minimum 2 years of experience with mentally ill or developmentally disabled individuals preferred.

·         Supervisory experience preferred.

·         Strong communication and organizational skills.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

·         Frequent computer use, standing, and mobility.
