DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position performs technical duties operating computers and high-volume printers for print production and payment processing

Work focuses on operating essential equipment and accurately processing all details to ensure consistent, high-quality results. As a Computer Operator I, you will: Print Preparation: Work with software to prepare files for printing Printer Use: Operate and monitor check printing machines Payment Processing: Process payment files through workflow systems, verify control numbers and dollar amounts, and resolve discrepancies Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of payment processing and printing activities Teamwork Support: Help prioritize tasks, ensure their timely and accurate completion, and keep operations running smoothly Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two hundred hours of formal basic data processing training; and graduation from high school or certification of equivalent training; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements: You must have experience navigating Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products. You must be able to perform essential job functions.
