InProduction is looking for talented individuals to join our company to help create and design solutions for high profile nationwide events. The ideal candidate would be able to provide accurate drawings for our sales staff using our drawing library of parts. These drawings would be provided to our customers, building officials and our technicians in the field. The preference would be for candidates that are willing and able to grow with our company as we are experiencing tremendous growth within the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve functional design solutions against various constraints
  • Participate in design reviews and capable of working with site surveys
  • Produce code compliant drawings and specifications
  • Maintain schedules for each project deadline to ensure that project deadlines are maintained and met
  • Responsible for reviewing and verifying drawings in various design modeling software formats
  • Capable of detailing drawings that will be used for manufacturing purposes

Requirements
Education and experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience using AutoCAD required
  • Associate's degree or AutoCAD certification preferred
  • Preferred experience in entertainment and events industry (Live Events, Sporting Events/Venues, Theater)

Position Requirements:
  • This job requires you to report to office
  • Must have a strong AutoCAD foundation & proficient in creating detailed drawings
  • Working knowledge of dynamic blocks and corresponding ability to create/expand upon existing library
  • Working knowledge of 3D and programs such as 3DS Max preferred
  • Work in a dynamic, driven, & collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in PC based computing, Microsoft Office, and use of Windows OS Adobe Creative Suite
  • The position requires a background check and drug screening

Compensation: $22-26 per hour (based on experience).
