Position Summary
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Team Member (Operator) will support the Manager, Assistant Production Manager, and Production Supervisor by performing tasks associated with the production functions; including bindery, wide format, and small format printing in a manner that effectively meets customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have a willingness to learn, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to develop and maintain relationships.


How You'll Make an Impact


  • Become an expert on Camelot Print & Copy Centers production processes
  • Support the day-to-day operations of production by executing on assigned production tasks
  • Meet production deadlines and escalate any issues for resolution
  • Ensure quality standards are met and/or exceeded
  • Assist in the troubleshooting of printing errors
  • Partner with the Production Leadership Team to ensure Customer Service has timely and accurate information on customer order requests
  • Assist in the resolution of production issues
  • Maintain a neat and orderly production facility


What You Must Bring to This Role


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience - required
  • Associates degree from a 2-year college and/or 4 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - desired
