RFID Laminator Operator

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime Available)
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined RFID Laminator Operator to join a growing manufacturing team on 1st shift. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laminating equipment used to manufacture RFID products while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the production process.

The ideal candidate has previous machine operating or manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a keen eye for detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their manufacturing career while working with advanced production equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and maintain laminator machinery.

  • Monitor production to ensure products meet quality specifications.

  • Perform in-process quality inspections throughout production.

  • Enter production data and complete required documentation accurately.

  • Make basic machine adjustments to maintain efficient operation.

  • Ensure production materials are available and properly staged.
