Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Assembly Operator positions in Southington, CT. This is a great opportunity to further your existing manufacturing and production skills while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Weekly paycheck

Pay: $21.50/hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment, perform manual assembly tasks, and complete product rework as needed while following SOPs and quality standards.

• Conduct equipment and product inspections, perform quality checks, and properly segregate and disposition products based on inspection results.

• Scan products into MRP systems, perform computer-based testing, create traceability labels, and complete required production documentation.

• Support GMP, FDA, ISO, and 5S compliance while assisting with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, chemical mixing, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; manufacturing or production experience preferred.

• Ability to use computers for data entry, product scanning, testing, and documentation.

• Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to perform quality inspections in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, and lift up to 26 pounds while working in production, cleanroom, or manufacturing environments.
