Title: Production Operator
Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Chattanooga, TN 37406
Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (overtime possible on weekdays and Sundays)

Job Summary
Supports production operations by monitoring processes, ensuring product quality, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment. May also function as a Control Room Operator.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and control production processes
• Perform product sampling and quality analysis
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance
• Follow and help improve operational procedures and safety practices
• Complete permits and assist with maintenance coordination
• Support efficient equipment operation and product quality standards
• Adhere to all safety policies and maintain a clean work environment
• Work with computer-based production systems (including SAP)
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
• Climbing railcars and trailers (approx. 15 ft) with fall protection
• Frequent climbing of stairs and ladders
