Job description

Machine Operator
This role supports a contract manufacturing environment by operating automated equipment used in the production of complex electronic products. The position offers the opportunity to work with advanced inspection and soldering technologies, while contributing to a fast-growing production team focused on quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
* Working with Automated Equipment
* Operating high-tech electronic manufacturing equipment involved in the manufacturing of printed circuit board assemblies
* Equipment maintenance, upkeep
* Load, monitor, and operate automated production equipment to ensure consistent performance and output.
* Assist with setup, changeovers, and basic programming adjustments of production equipment as required.
* Monitor machine operation and identify issues such as defects, misalignment, or process deviations.
* Perform routine inspections of printed circuit boards using automated optical inspection (AOI) equipment and visual verification.
* Support robotic soldering processes by loading parts, verifying operation, and ensuring proper solder quality.
* Identify and report equipment malfunctions or product defects and assist with troubleshooting.
* Perform basic maintenance tasks including cleaning, calibration checks, and preventive upkeep.
* Maintain accurate production and inspection records using internal systems.
* Follow all quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
* Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow ESD (electrostatic discharge) handling procedures.
* Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Availability to work Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
