Swan Valley Co-op is hiring a full time Home Centre Clerk at our Home and Building location in Swan River, MB.

What you'll do:

Reporting to the Home Centre Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for being a liaison and public relations representative for the Co-op and creating a customer experience that aligns with Swan Valley Co-ops guiding statements. Core duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer telephone in alignment with guest service standards, assist at the counter (bill payment, memberships) and assisting with customer inquiries.
  • Assist when needed: filing and sorting of customer invoices on a weekly basis, monthly mailing of customer statements preparation.
  • Completing daily cash counts.
  • Data entry as required.
  • All other duties as assigned.
