Job description

Description
The LAN Technician I provides first-level technical support for the company's computer systems, network infrastructure, manufacturing technology, and end users. This position installs, maintains, and troubleshoots desktop computers, printers, network devices, barcode equipment, and other technology used throughout the manufacturing plant, offices, warehouse, and distribution operations.
The LAN Technician I plays a key role in ensuring employees have reliable access to business systems while minimizing downtime that could impact production.
Requirements
Education
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Equivalent technical experience may be considered.

Experience
  • 0-2 years of IT support or networking experience preferred.
  • Experience with Windows desktop operating systems.
  • Manufacturing environment experience is a plus but not required.
