Job description

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Audio/Video Smart Home Project Coordinator to support our Lead Automation team. This position will coordinate communication between customers, builders, designers, and technicians while helping ensure projects stay organized and on track.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer follow-ups and project communication.
  • Coordinate between builders, designers, customers, and technicians.
  • Assist with customer service, billing, and invoicing needs.
  • Track project details, schedules, and follow-up items.
  • Maintain accurate customer and project information.
  • Support the Lead Automation team with day-to-day coordination.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional and customer-focused.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Slack, and Microsoft Office 365 is required.
