CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Analyst position for our client.
Join a dynamic technical team supporting product evaluation, benchmarking, and technical demonstrations for industry technology media. In this role, you'll perform hands-on testing of computing hardware and software, develop technical documentation, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure products are ready for technical reviews.

Location: Morrisville, NC
Duration: 12+ months, with the possibility for extension
- Perform technical evaluations and benchmark testing of computing hardware and software using industry-standard methodologies.
- Prepare systems for technical reviews and compare performance against competitive products.
- Develop reviewer guides, technical documentation, presentation materials, demo scripts, and testing procedures.
- Analyze benchmark results, document findings, and communicate performance insights through detailed reports.
- Present and demonstrate products, software, and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences both remotely and in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support during product evaluations.
- Collaborate with engineering, product development, and performance teams to resolve technical issues.
