Job description:
1. Build Laptop / desktop computers, peripherals and configure network connections
2. Install, Configure and test the Operating Systems and its functionality,
3. Experience on install, configure and troubleshoot Desktop / laptop hardware
4. Install and configure Standard and business applications, Microsoft Outlook, Web Browsers etc.,
5. Experience on Basic Windows Active Directory troubleshooting, Network related troubleshooting
6. Should have an experience on Install, configure, update and troubleshoot Printers, scanners, Fax, copier etc.,
7. Extend computer support for systems software
8. Support and troubleshoot RSA/VPN remote connections.
9. Experience on Windows Users profile management
10. Experience on Windows System reimage
11. Experience on Desktop Backup / restore
12. Experience Access Management: Grant / remove Windows user / group access based on the user request
13. Experience on Ticketing tool.
