Micro Market Technician
Location: El Paso
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
The Micro Market Technician is responsible for maintaining, servicing, micro markets equipment to ensure optimal performance, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. This role combines technical troubleshooting and customer service to keep market locations fully operational and appealing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and maintain micro market kiosks, components, coolers and freezers
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues on kiosks and payment systems
  • Install and set up new micro market locations and equipment
  • Monitor market performance and report issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Perform routine cleaning to maintain professional appearance
  • Maintain accurate service and inventory records on market parts, coolers and spare kiosk
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:
  • Basic mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable using kiosks and software systems
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Experience in micro markets, or field service is a plus
  • Basic IT or networking experience is a plus
  • Refrigeration or electrical repair background is a plus
