What you will do

Attend Emerging Market fixed income team meetings Complete assigned projects within established timelines Present findings to management Support the team in researching EM countries, financial statements, and market data Join regular EM team meetings to understand our top‐down macro investment process and performance metrics Includes portfolio manager, client portfolio manager, risk, and research teams Prepare presentations, summaries, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders Seek feedback and guidance from mentors and team members to support learning and growth Participate in training sessions and networking opportunities to further develop your technical and professional skills What you will get A Launchpad for Your Career – Get ready to build real skills and set yourself up for a future at Invesco (and beyond). Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2028. Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale. All majors are welcomed with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Stats, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business-related field. A demonstrated interest in investments. Must be able to work in Invesco's New York office. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment‐based immigration sponsorship for this program. Invesco will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT). Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended. This position will be based in New York.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with creative problem solving and analytical thinking. Experience with prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in a fast‐paced work environment. Prior internship in investment management is preferred but not required. Experience gathering and interpreting market data. Intermediate proficiency with Python, SQL, Power BI, Bloomberg Terminal, R Studio or Excel preferred.
