Job description

The Supply Chain Summer Intern supports the Supply Chain and Operations teams by assisting with projects, data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and daily operational activities across our HVAC manufacturing and distribution network. This role provides hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing, and logistics in a fast-paced environment. $21.00 PER HOUR; 10-12 week Internship, STARTING SUMMER OF 2026

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist with supply chain and operations projects, including planning, coordination, and milestone tracking
  • Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data related to inventory, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visual summaries to support decision-making
  • Support documentation of workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and job aids
  • Participate in warehouse observations to identify opportunities for efficiency, safety, and accuracy improvements
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to support supply chain initiatives
  • Provide administrative and operational support for purchasing, logistics, and warehouse functions
  • Attend team meetings, document action items, and follow up on assigned tasks
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and project documentation
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including warehouse, manufacturing, and procurement
  • Present project results and recommendations at the conclusion of the internship

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field such as Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field
