Job description

DENPRO is seeking a skilled and motivated Network Technician to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a hands-on networking professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working directly with clients, and supporting diverse environments across multiple locations.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bryans Road, MD, with up to 50% travel to client sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues such as outages, connectivity failures, performance degradation, cabling problems, NIC issues, and TCP/IP configuration errors
  • Provide remote and on-site support for client environments, including site-to-site connectivity
  • Perform setup, configuration, upgrades, and routine maintenance of network equipment
  • Manage and support DNS and DHCP services
  • Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures accurately and thoroughly

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on network troubleshooting experience
  • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN environments
