Job Summary:
The CAD Quoting Specialist is responsible for reviewing customer drawings and specifications, preparing accurate yardage estimates, and generating quotes for manufactured parts and assemblies. This role requires strong CAD knowledge, attention to detail, and collaboration with production and sales teams to ensure competitive and accurate quotes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review customer Lectra COM yardage quote forms for technical specifications.
  • Prepare accurate yardage estimates based on materials.
  • Generate and submit customer quotations within required deadlines.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to clarify technical requirements.
  • Maintain quotation records.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or technical certification in Engineering, CAD, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience using Lectra software such as Diamino, AutoCAD, or similar.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, fabrication, and materials.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and AS400, Outlook, Docushare, Lectra, and Diamino systems is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
