Job description

Job Summary:
SAIC is seeking a Computer Network Analyst to support a dynamic program with a US Government customer. The role involves applying technical expertise to develop actionable intelligence, synthesize and model networks, and engage with various stakeholders to support national security missions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop actionable intelligence for customers.
• Synthesize and model networks using experience with communications systems.
• Develop intelligent queries for multiple data sets and analyze results.
• Recommend integration with existing network analysis tools.
• Perform research, protocol analysis, and logical and physical mapping of data.
• Prepare and present briefings on requirements, capabilities, and project status for various audiences.
• Provide operational guidance and engage with organizations from across the IC and Department of Defense.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must currently hold a TS/SCI with Poly to be considered.
• Bachelor's degree or experience can be substituted for the degree.
• Minimum of 9 years of total work experience with 7 years or more experience in the development of computer network data analysis packages and exposure to various computer network tools and developers.
• Experience with various SATCOM and weapons systems, related programs, modeling & simulation.
• Experience with telemetry, tracking and control (TT&C).
• Experience with operational tradecraft, workflows, and policies and procedures.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and effectively problem solve, synthesize large amounts of data/information and to work several tasks concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and briefing skills; ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent writing and technical editing skills.
• Experience writing technical intelligence reports.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
