Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in network architecture, security, cloud networking, and large-scale transformations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on technical capabilities to support complex client environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance network architectures across enterprise environments.
  • Lead network transformation initiatives, including modernization, cloud adoption, and hybrid network solutions.
  • Develop network standards, frameworks, and best practices aligned with business and security requirements.
  • Architect solutions involving LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, data centers, and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, cloud, infrastructure) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Evaluate and recommend networking technologies, tools, and vendors.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineers and operations teams.
  • Conduct network capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide root cause analysis.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution design, proposals, and client presentations.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong expertise in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
  • Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, and network virtualization.
  • Deep knowledge of network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Zero Trust architecture).
  • Experience with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNet, hybrid connectivity).
  • Proficiency in data center networking (Spine-Leaf architecture, VXLAN, EVPN).
  • Familiarity with load balancers (F5, Citrix ADC, NGINX).
  • Experience with network automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Industry certifications such as:
    • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) / Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
    • AWS / Azure Networking Certifications
