Help keep the technology behind better care running smoothly.

As a Computer Imaging Technician, you’ll play an important role in supporting the technology our teams rely on every day. You’ll help prepare and maintain computers, support IT asset management, and provide entry-level technical troubleshooting for employees working both on-site and remotely. Your work helps our teams stay connected, productive, and focused on the people and communities we serve.

This is a great opportunity for someone who
enjoys hands-on technology work, solving problems, and providing dependable support in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy Windows images to desktop and laptop computers.
  • Assist with IT hardware inventory and asset management.
  • Coordinate and perform technology upgrades and repairs.
  • Provide entry-level troubleshooting and technical support to on-site and remote users.
  • Work toward established service levels and performance expectations.
  • Maintain reliable on-site attendance at the assigned office location.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
