At Skanska, we're shaping the way we live, work and connect. As one of the world's largest construction and development companies, we work together with customers, communities and partners to shape a better society.

We are currently recruiting for a CAD Manager where you'll be based on the Lower Thames Crossing project.

The Lower Thames Crossing (LTC) is one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects.  LTC is a new road that will connect Kent and Essex through a tunnel beneath the River Thames and will be the greenest road ever built in the UK - creating six times more green space than road. The reliable new route will almost double road capacity over the river east of London to reduce congestion and give millions of people more choice on where they live, work and spend their valuable time.

We have a diverse programme team on LTC that reflects the communities we work in and fosters an inclusive culture by actively supporting the programme's Purpose, Principles and Cultural Pillars and growing employee networks.

  • Interface with the Engineering Surveying, Engineering and Design teams to ensure they are utilising the correct CAD data and working to the relevant standards.
  • This role involves overseeing Engineering Survey CAD operations, developing standards and procedures, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with the project team to support project delivery.
  • Be responsible for the production of survey CAD data, ensuring site engineering surveys are properly processed and delivered, with all work aligned to the project CAD specification
  • Interface with the design teams to ensure the correct CAD information is being passed onto the engineering and survey teams on site
  • Develop, implement, and maintain CAD standards, best practices, and workflows across projects in line with the clients requirements.

We are looking for:
