Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant. The primary responsibilities of this role include efficiently setting up and dismantling laboratory sessions, providing technical assistance to the students and instructor during the lab, and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with instructors and other Lab Assistants to plan and prepare laboratory experiments and activities.
  • Organize and arrange equipment, materials, chemicals, and instruments needed for each lab session.
  • Ensure that all lab stations are set up accurately and safely, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Efficiently dismantle lab stations, clean equipment and/or glassware, handle the disposal of waste under the guidance of the instructor, and store materials properly after each lab session.
  • Maintain a neat and organized lab environment, ensuring that all lab stations are ready for the next session.
