**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Radiologic Technologist – Cardiac Cath Lab!** **Job Description** Are you a passionate Radiologic Technologist looking to take your career to the next level in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated professional with Electrophysiology (EP) Study and Radiofrequency (RF) Ablation skills to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team! **Essential Functions:** - Manage ordering of inventory and supply chain under facility PAR level - Monitor per case expense and offer cost-saving ideas - Maintain compliance with rules and regulations set forth by governing and accreditation agencies - Troubleshoot fluoroscopy and ultrasound equipment - Recognize overexposure of radiation and articulate basic principles of radiation physics, biology, and safety - Follow the “AIDET” protocol (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, and Thank You) - Collaborate effectively as a team member, accepting reassignments and additional duties as needed - Provide input on radiation safety to maintain Joint Commission accreditation - Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** - Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist Program or Radiologic Technologist Program - Certification required: - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) - Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) - Meet state licensure requirements appropriate to certification and job function - Current ACLS and BLS certifications required - Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field **Physical Demands/Environment Factors:** - Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently - Possess physical agility and adequate reaction time for patient care needs - Adequate hearing and visual acuity, including color vision - Requires fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination - Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist patients safely - Communicate effectively through various means, including reading and writing - Periodic use of a personal computer may be required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
