Well established general dental office located in West Salem WI is looking for a dental assistant wanting a part or full time position. We are located conveniently right off of Hwy 16 one mile from the I-94 and have our own parking lot.

This is a wonderful opportunity for growth and increase in responsibility for the right person.

Great customer service experience is important for our patient centered practice. Ideal candidate likes dentistry and interacting with people with the ability to multi task and accomplish duties in a timely fashion. Looking for a great team player to join our team to deliver quality dentistry for our patients!

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Four handed dentistry assisting the doctor with crown and bridge, operative, extractions, endodontics, implants, dentures, orthodontics.
  • Ability to take dental impressions on adults and children
  • Ability to do lab work/pour up models, etc.
  • Ability to take diagnostic FMX and PANX digital radiographs
  • Using a computer for charting, Softdent experience is a plus.
  • Taking accurate medical and dental histories and documenting them.
  • Maintaining dental instruments and equipment properly.
  • Following all OSHA, HIPAA, and blood borne pathogen regulations
  • CPR certification
  • Maintaining and stocking supply of dental materials used with attention to detail regarding ordering
  • Some office duties to help the front desk as needed. Any front desk experience is a huge plus!
  • The wage offered will be based on experience of the candidate. A Dental Assistant diploma or certification with experience is necessary.
