Part-Time Phlebotomist - Macedonia, OH
Any Lab Test Now and ARCpoint Labs of Macedonia is hiring a part-time phlebotomist for 15-20 hours per week.
Looking for additional hours around a job you already have? We're hiring 15-20 hours a week, including a Saturday shift of 5-6 hours plus weekday daytime hours. No nights, no holidays, no on-call. If you work a standard weekday schedule, a hospital rotation, or 12-hour shifts, this fits alongside it - and hours with a separate employer don't affect your overtime status at your primary job.
What You'll Do
  • Venipuncture and capillary draws on adults and children
  • Urine, oral fluid, and hair specimen collections, including DOT-regulated drug screens
  • Maintain chain of custody documentation
  • Check in clients, answer phones, schedule appointments
  • Process orders and enter results in our lab systems
  • Package and ship specimens to reference labs
  • Keep the lab clean, stocked, and inspection-ready

What We're Looking For
  • Available Saturdays and at least two weekday shifts
  • Phlebotomy experience or certification preferred
  • Comfortable working directly with the public
  • Accurate and detail-oriented - our documentation is legally binding
  • Reliable. On a small team, your shift matters
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have
  • DOT urine collector certification
  • Clinic, urgent care, plasma center, or hospital lab experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish)

Pay: $18-$20 per hour, based on certification and experience.
We are a locally owned dual-brand lab. Small team, no corporate layers, direct access to ownership.
Equal opportunity employer.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
