Job Description
The Cardiovascular Technologist will perform various tasks in a cardiovascular lab. The ideal candidate will have the required licensure and certifications, along with relevant experience and training in invasive cardiology.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct invasive cardiology procedures and hemodynamic monitoring.
  • Maintain proficiency in computer systems related to cardiovascular technology.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and performance protocols.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • ARRT-R and state-required license or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
  • Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Lab is preferred.
  • Completion of a Cardiovascular technologist training program focused on invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring is preferred.
  • BCLS (AHA) certification required upon hire and must be kept current.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Proficient computer skills.
