Manufacturing Engineer (6+ Years Experience Required)
Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer with 6+ years of experience to support production operations, process improvement, and new product introduction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes and procedures
Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and work instructions
Collaborate with design engineering on DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews
Support new product launches and NPI (New Product Introduction) activities
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
Manage ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) and BOM updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
6+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience
Strong knowledge of GD&T, CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA)
Experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical devices, or industrial equipment
Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
