Job description

Overview

Registration Representatives are responsible for entering accurate patient and guarantor information into the CPSI  computer system.  These steps are to be followed in accordance with the established policies and procedures and under the direction of the supervisor. Patient access rep floaters will float between all registration departments based on scheduling needs.

Qualifications

HS/GED required.  Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
