Job description

The Integration Analyst is responsible for providing integration support for Clinical, Hospital and 3rd Party Information Systems. This position configures, supports and maintains the interfaces necessary for an integrated delivery system. The position is responsible for implementing, troubleshooting and testing various HL7 inbound and outbound interfaces. Additionally, the role manages and escalates issues with interfaces and follows through to issue resolution. Ability to interact effectively with customers and 3rd party vendors to assure high level of Customer Satisfaction.

Monitoring system stability, maintaining security, and optimizing all interfaces
Troubleshooting all interface application errors
Troubleshooting application, web and databases related to the interface operations
Responsible for the daily monitoring and issue resolution of any interface or system related issues reported by end users
Reviewing and identifying any issues with HL7 messages/ segments
Configuring alerting mechanisms to identify and report potential system issues
Configuring new interface communication points and performing application upgrades
Performing application go-live support
Authoring and maintaining all technical, system requirements, and end-user documentation for supported interface systems.
Communicating with, presenting to and troubleshooting issues with end-users.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other technical related field is required
    Minimum five years experience using interface engine software (CorePoint is a plus) and other related development tools.
    Knowledge of HL7 language and standards
