Computer Technician to join our Support Services team!
As a
first point of contact for City employees, you'll play a critical role in keeping our technology running smoothly. From troubleshooting software glitches to setting up new systems, you'll be supporting employees across all City departments.
What You'll Do:- Provide top-notch IT support to City employees across 124 locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues, from software installations to printer problems
- Utilize Engine Service Desk software to track and manage service requests efficiently
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure smooth operations
- Use remote support tools and on-site visits to keep our technology running seamlessly

Qualifications and RequirementsExperience, Education, and Training- Requires graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related area;
- Substantial work experience within computer environments may be substituted for the formal education on a year-for-year basis.
Licensing/Certification- Obtain certification as a HDI Support Center Analyst and CompTIA A+ Certification within probationary period.
