We are seeking a motivated and technology-driven Junior Network Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This role supports the administration, maintenance, security, and performance of the organization's technology infrastructure. The Junior Network Administrator assists with cloud services, endpoint management, network operations, cybersecurity initiatives, enterprise applications, and technical support while gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of IT systems and technologies.

  • Deploying, configuring, and supporting Windows computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
  • Supporting Active Directory, Group Policy, identity management, and access control processes.
  • Assisting with Windows Server administration, virtualization platforms, and infrastructure services.
  • Participating in patch management, firmware updates, vulnerability remediation, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Supporting firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPN connectivity, and network security appliances.
  • Assisting with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, cloud, and system performance issues.
  • Monitoring network performance, connectivity alerts, outages, and security events.
  • Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for endpoint, connectivity, and access-related issues.
  • Supporting enterprise business applications and cloud-based integrations.
  • Participating in infrastructure modernization projects, cloud migrations, and technology deployments.
  • Collaborating with Help Desk staff, system administrators, network administrators, vendors, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
