Job description

LMS Administration & Support
Assist with daily LMS administration tasks, including course assignments, enrollments, completions, and learner support.
Support user management activities such as account setup, troubleshooting, and access maintenance.
Help maintain LMS data accuracy and organization across learning paths, catalogs, and reporting structures.
Monitor LMS inboxes, requests, and support tickets as assigned.
Content & Learning Support
Upload and organize training materials, including e-learning modules, PDFs, videos, quizzes, and job aids.
Assist with formatting and quality checks for online learning content.
Support the creation and maintenance of learning journeys, certification paths, and training campaigns.
Test courses and learning activities to ensure proper functionality and learner experience.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate and distribute LMS reports related to course completion, compliance, participation, and learning activity.
Assist with tracking training metrics and maintaining reporting dashboards.
Help identify data discrepancies and support cleanup efforts.
Project & Administrative Support
Assist the LMS Manager with special projects related to training initiatives, system improvements, and process documentation.
Participate in meetings related to learning operations and technology enhancements.
Help document LMS processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Provide general administrative support for Learning & Development initiatives.

Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable learning and navigating technology platforms and systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
