Job Title: Systems Engineer
Job Duration: Full-Time/40 Hours a week/Permanent

Job Duties: Participate in the design and development of powertrain systems, including engines,
transmissions, drivelines, and related components. Develop Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
(FMEA) and Design Verification Plan (DVP) to validate the features. Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe and reliable operation of powertrain systems. Analyze customer and system requirements to define the functional and performance specifications for powertrain systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize powertrain performance, efficiency, and emissions. Manage all activities related to the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) environment, including planning, deployment, user acceptance, and final production deployment. Participate in Infrastructure and automation design brainstorming, planning, review, and implementation of complex architectures including application migration efforts. Design, develop and maintain standards for online cloud platforms, multi-operating systems, design workflow blueprints, scalability, security, and other dependencies. Design, develop and implement end-to-end automation methodologies to drive a pipeline-driven continuous integration and delivery infrastructure.
Capture, Design, develop and implement application requirements in regard to provisioning, data structuring, and implementing application-specific configurations. Design, architect, assist, deploy, maintain, and test application and deployed infrastructure. Monitoring, Log analytics, and Supporting production infrastructure.
Brainstorm, Sprint Planning, monitor important project milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project goals.
Identify and maintain high-level feature requirements within a Systems engineering requirements management tool IBM Rational DOORS. Analyze root causes of issues, implement resolutions, and update requirement documents. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for powertrain systems, including the implementation of new technologies and processes.

Job Requirements: Required Master's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, MIS, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 1 year of experience in the job offered, Software
Engineer, Programmer, Validation Engineer, or related. Must be able to travel/relocate to various client sites throughout the U.S.
